[He stopped by the pile of papers with handwriting that he recognized and leafed through a few sheets. It made little sense to him, though Jinx had been forced to explain to him the runes that she had figured out from the notes and in the creation of the weapon. Activating hextech had been paramount for a few weeks in order to force Piltover to bend the knee and come to the table.

That would never happen, would it? He died on the tip of the dream, so close and yet Piltover would never allow it. Not for long, just an illusion. And now they were here scratching out a living in a simulation and once more, he was subjected to overlords that were just as uncaring and twisted as the last ones.

Well, for now. He intended to assert control when and where he could.

Silco walked away from the papers to continue to explore, investigating the gadgets on Viktor's portions of the work areas. He noted the device but again, his talents didn't lay in gadgets just how to employ them when he was aware of what they were capable of. He passively encouraged inventions and Zaun had made considerable progress under his reign. This place could perhaps come along with those talents if financed and cultivated properly.]

Hexgems have thus proven unreliable and temperamental, and the infrastructure to sustain chem-tech doesn't exist. We have electricity and other fuel sources, but they again have limitations for their wide-spread uses. Is there way to stabilize hextech here?

[He took the offered device, turning it over in his hands.] Track them how exactly?

[He hummed softly to the answer.] I will see you provided for.
